The Glucommander system may experience brief interruptions due to system maintenance on July 24th, 2025 from 12:00 AM until 4:00 AM.

Notes:

  *   If you notice any issues, simply refresh your page or log out and log back in. By doing so, the system will continue to work without issue.
  *   IMT staff will be available and will refresh the Glucoview monitors beginning at 12:20 AM, as recommended by the vendor in their message below.

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of scheduled maintenance on July 24 from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM (EDT). During this time, you may experience brief interruptions. If you notice any issues, simply refresh your page or log out and log back in to continue using the service without any problems.

Maintenance Details:
- Date: July 24
- Time: 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM (EDT)
- Expected Outage: None but expect brief interruptions.

What to Expect:
- A brief service interruption of approximately 15-20 minutes, from 12:00am EDT to 12:20am.

- Glucommander will be accessible during this time, however if you encounter any issues, simply refresh your page or log out and log back in to continue using Glucommander.

- Your Kiosk/Glucoview monitors may also be affected and might need to be refreshed. If you don't have access to refresh the monitors yourself, your IT team will likely need to assist.
