[epicdown] Radiology Powerscribe System Upgrade notice

Good morning,

The server upgrade to Powerscribe has been completed. The Powerscribe system is up and running and all dictations are flowing normally.

For client side updates associated with this upgrade, there are IMT Healthcare Information Systems team members at each campus currently updating individual workstations.

Thank you for your patience during the scheduled downtime. Should you have any difficulties with your workstation after the upgrade please reach out to the IMT healthcare Information Systems team member that is onsite for any immediate assistance.

Subject: [epicdown] Radiology Powerscribe System Upgrade notice

Attention: All Powerscribe One System Users

The Powerscribe One system will be upgraded on Monday, March 17th, 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM to version 2023.1 SP2. The Powerscribe One system will be unavailable during this time.

When the system upgrade is complete, all users will be prompted to auto-upgrade the PS1 client at first login.

During this time, internal reading will be impacted, but VRAD reading will continue to function as normal. If you have any difficulty please reach out via normal call procedures during the upgrade time frame.

IMT Radiology support staff will be available at designated locations after the upgrade to verify client upgrades are successful, and to verify Powerscribe One 2023.1 system operation.
