[epicdown] PACS Maintenance Downtime Notification

Good morning,

This evening there will be a short PACS Maintenance at 7PM EST.  This will last no longer than 30 minutes. During this maintenance, all users will have access to imaging through the downtime environment. We will update just before and just after the maintenance period.
