[epicdown] REMINDER: DST Epic Production System Downtime SUNDAY November 2, 2025 ; 0155-0300; Read Only System will be available

On Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 1:55 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), the EPIC Production System will be taken off-line for from 1:55am to 3:00am to set clocks back to Standard time.

The Epic Downtime Read-Only (DRO) System WILL be available during these times.

The Laboratory will be impacted during this planned Epic downtime. POINT OF CARE DEVICES

  *   All Point of Care devices including Glucometers, iSTATs, Hemochrons and Hemocues must be downloaded/uploaded successfully by connecting to the network to update for the time change Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, at 2:05 AM. Verify each device has been updated before testing occurs.
  *   Clinitek, IDNow and Afinion users should verify the time has updated on the home screen. If not, power analyzer off and then back on.
