[epicdown] PACS Fuji Synapse Upgrade Notification 9-29-2025 Reminder *Underway*

Good morning,

All epic links and functionality are fully restored, the viewer is fully restored, If your client is not yet upgraded and you are not a radiologist we will get your workstation upgraded as soon as possible.

If you are a radiologist please let us know.

Update,

The Upgrade is underway. At this time we will be moving to the downtime server environment. We will stay up and running on the downtime servers until the final stage of the upgrade is complete. We anticipate we will be live on the new version at 430AM


Good Evening,

On the evening of Monday, September 29, into Tuesday, September 30, the PACS production system will be upgraded to the latest version of Fuji Synapse PACS.
During this process, there will be one short outage. While the upgrade is in progress, Upstate will temporarily switch to the Downtime PACS. We will provide updates that evening to let users know exactly when the system is on Downtime PACS.
Once the upgrade is complete, all PACS clients will be updated to the new version.
