Although Surescripts has reported some progress, testing indicates that issues continue to persist. For patients in the Emergency Department or Urgent Care who require medications urgently, please continue following the downtime procedures outlined below.

It has come to our attention that Surescripts has been unavailable since approximately 3:30 PM. Surescripts has confirmed the issue is on their end, and no estimated time of resolution has been provided. Messages remaining in the error queue will be retriggered once service is restored.
For urgent ER, Urgent Care, and inpatient discharge medications, please "done" the In Basket error and either call in the script or change the order class to print (if prescription paper is available) and provide it to the patient (see tip sheet link below).
