[epicdown] Upcoming PACS Upgrade 5/16 - 5/17

Brief Description:
There will be an upgrade to the system occurring the evening of 5/16 into early 5/17/2026

Start Time:
Downtime will start at about 1 AM on 5/17 lasting about three hours, during this time the downtime server will be available for current imaging.

Next Update Expected:
The next update will be on 5/15
