[epicdown] Outage Notification – PACS/Synapse

Radiology users are currently experiencing issues within PACS/Synapse. Reported issues include: inability to retrieve prior studies, comparisons, failures when dragging and dropping series from the series picker, and in some cases an inability to scroll through current images. The issue appears to be affecting multiple radiologists across several reading areas and is being actively investigated by the PACS team in coordination with Fuji. At this time, current studies may be available, but access to prior exams and related functionality may be impacted. We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
