The PACS/Synapse issue impacting retrieval of prior studies and related functionality has been resolved. The PACS team worked with Fuji, and service was restored following an IIS reset. Radiology has confirmed that normal functionality has been restored.</div>

We have requested additional information from Fuji regarding the root cause, as the issue affected multiple servers. The PACS team will continue to monitor the system and will provide further updates if additional information becomes available.</div>

Radiology users are currently experiencing issues within PACS/Synapse. Reported issues include: inability to retrieve prior studies, comparisons, failures when dragging and dropping series from the series picker, and in some cases an inability to scroll through
 current images. The issue appears to be affecting multiple radiologists across several reading areas and is being actively investigated by the PACS team in coordination with Fuji. At this time, current studies may be available, but access to prior exams and
 related functionality may be impacted. We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.</div>
