[epicproviders] Go Live August 24th, 2021: TeleTracking for Inpatient Providers

Effective Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 7:00am: TeleTracking, (tm) the web-based patient tracking portal, is replacing several workflows that currently exist in Epic Systems, including, discharge delays, patient transport and bed assigning. With these changes, updates will be made to the Discharge workflow to ensure efficient and accurate workflows to help improve patient throughput.
