[epicproviders] Effective 12/14/2021: Transfer Order Validation

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Inpatient Providers:

Effective Tuesday December 14th, 2021: Prior to the Transfer: Same Campus with Bed Request order being placed, an Admission Order has to be ordered and signed in the patient's chart.  An Order Validation warning will now populate when the Transfer Order is signed and there is no Admission Order.
