[epicproviders] [EXTERNAL] ADT Order Updates

Inpatient Providers

Effective 1/26/2021: All Admission, Discharge and Transfer (ADT) Orders are being updated.  With the update, there are going to be specific changes to the Admission Order, Level of Care Orders and Transfer Orders.
