[epicproviders] Updates to DME Orders

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Monday August 2, 2021:  For consistency and clarity, all DME orders should be placed as After Visit Procedures (never Medications).  DME orders can be found by entering DME in the order search box.  DME medication orders will no longer be available when ordering.
