[epicproviders] Effective 6/7/2021: Tiered Laboratory Order Implementation

Inpatient & Emergency Providers

Effective June 7th 2021:  All Inpatient and Emergency department laboratory tests will be categorized into tiers and each tier will be associated with guidance and restrictions per Policy OMS L-04<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://upstate.ellucid.com/documents/view/6589__;!!GobTDDpD7A!cwTRT6KiFbdqKIVIVMcmGgfSKvN-18C5hsIBYsXqy8HRjbSnFZsLw08eo3rTW1TrzMHg2js01eU$ >.  Tier 2/Tier 3 Lab Orders that are placed by a Resident, will require a medical staff's second signature within Epic, before the order can be finalized.
