[epicproviders] Telemedicine Site Location

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Starting Monday May 10th, provider Telemedicine site location must be documented in the new Telemedicine Location form. This is to ensure compliant facility billing per CMS regulations and to maximize hospital reimbursement. This change applies only to Upstate ambulatory provider-based locations and not private faculty practice plan (MSG) locations.
