[epicproviders] Meds to Beds Auto-Enrollment of Ischemic Stroke Patients

Inpatient Providers

Effective Tuesday October 12, 2021:  Patients admitted with a principal problem of Ischemic Stroke will be auto-enrolled to the Meds to Beds program.   The patient's Meds to Beds pharmacy will default to Community Campus Outpatient Pharmacy (regardless if the patient is at UH or CC).  Community Campus Outpatient Pharmacy will be processing all medication packaging for these patients.
