[epicproviders] Effective 12/1/2022: Hepatitis Panel, Acute Order Panel

Effective December 1, 2022, the new Hepatitis Panel, Acute [O379909]- Inpatient or [O2106660268]- Outpatient order panels have been created to streamline the ordering process and will be replacing the LAB551 Hepatitis Panel, Acute. The order panels will provide the correct Hepatitis orders based on the age of the patient.
