[epicproviders] Effective January 11, 2022: DNR Order Panel

Inpatient & Emergency Providers

Effective January 11th, 2022:  All Individual DNR Orders will be removed from Preference Lists and will now be incorporated into the new order panel O3622098 Code Order. Within both the Order Panel and Orders Sets, a new SmartText will show the patient's Code Status History including up to the last 5 orders.
