[epicproviders] Effective 6/22/2022: Monkeypox Infection Statuses

Effective Thursday June 30th, 2022: In order to support Monkey Infection/Isolation management, two new infections have been added in Epic, Monkeypox Rule-Out and Monkeypox.  Both infections will require the isolation orders, Contact and Enhanced Airborne w/ Eyewear.  Until the orders are placed, an Infection and Isolation Mismatch Alert BPA will fire in the patient's chart indicating the need for the orders.
