[epicproviders] Effective 3/30: Brief Op Note Cosign

Inpatient Providers

Effective Wednesday, March 30th, 2022:  Per a regulatory requirement, Brief Op Notes written by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant will need to be cosigned by an Attending.  When an NP or PA selects a note type of Brief Op Note, they will now have an automatic default of Cosign Required and hardstop to enter a Cosigner.
