[epicproviders] Effective 11/03/2022: New Lung Cancer Screening Health Maintenance Reminder

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

New Lung Cancer Screening Health Maintenance reminder will be assigned to patients aged 50-80 who meet all of the following criteria:

*         20 or more packs / year smoking history

*         Current smoker OR former smoker who has quit within the last 15 years

*         Does not have lung cancer diagnosis
The Low Dose Cancer Screening Order and an optional Referral to Tobacco Treatment Program (Smoking Cessation) is recommended for qualifying patients.
