[epicproviders] Effective 11/15/2022: Implementation of Glucommander

Inpatient & Emergency Department Providers
Effective November 15, 2022:  IV insulin in the Adult ICUs and Adult EDs at BOTH campuses will now be managed by Glucommander(tm) which is an eGlycemic Management System (eGMS) by Glytec.  An eGMS is a holistic solution for improving glycemic management throughout the healthcare system.
The goal is to streamline glycemic management processes and workflow for nursing & providers and reduce instances of Hypo/Hyperglycemia for Adult Patients.
