[epicproviders] Effective 10/26/2022: Physical Therapy - Ortho CoCare Eval & Treat

Effective Wednesday October 26th, 2022: The Physical Therapy [PMR2103] order has been updated to include the Reason for Consult of Ortho CoCare Eval and Treat (Providers Only). The Ortho CoCare Eval and Treat reason should be utilized for Geriatric Patients, 65 years and older, with a traumatic hip fracture seen at either Upstate University or Upstate Community Hospital (not including trauma service patients).
