[epicproviders] Effective 9/19/2022: Admission Order Group

Inpatient Providers

Effective Monday, September 19, 2022: A new Order Group has been added in Epic to the following admissions order sets to help streamline patient care:



  *   General Medicine IP Adult Admission (UMU)
  *   General Medicine IP Adult Short Admission (UMU)
  *   Med IP CoCare Hip Fracture Admission (UMU)
  *   IP Adult Generic Admission (UMU)
  *   IP Adult ICU Admission (UMU)
  *   Oncology IP Admission (UMU)
  *   Medicine IP Adult COVID Admission (UMU)

The Order Group is Required when the existing ADT order does not include Attending, Service and/or Treatment Team information. Obtaining this information will help ensure the appropriate treatment team is assigned to the patient.
