[epicproviders] Effective 4/26/2023: Lab Tab in Chart Review

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Wednesday April 26, 2023:  The Lab tab in Chart Review will more accurately reflect the details of an order.  You will now see separate columns for Order Date, Result Date, and Collection Date/Time.
