[epicproviders] Epigram: Upgrade information, new IP patient data, and reactions in Chat

Summer upgrade now complete
The summer upgrade was completed this past weekend. While this is largely a preparatory upgrade for a larger upgrade this fall, there are some new features to help you. Some of these new features include:

  *   Create dynamic graphs to trend vitals and labs from Chart Search. Try commands such as:
     *   Trend vitals
     *   Graph weight
     *   Graph bmp 3m
  *   Adjust Y-axis in timeline reports to better view data and trends
  *   Add a diagnosis date to problems in the problem list
  *   Secure Chat updates to availability status
  *   Haiku ordering is more comprehensive on iOS devices
  *   More dynamic determinants of health displays
  *   Launch Encounters from Chart Review
  *   and more!

Easier way to view girths and other measurements made by nursing (Inpatient)
Measurements such as abdominal girth, limb girths and more can be more easily viewed and trended in the new Measurements section off the physician flowsheets in the Summary Activity and the IP Timeline in the Timeline Activity

Easier way to view wounds documented by nursing (Inpatient)
There is now a wound area in the Overview Report in the Summary Activity.

Epic Chat: Reactions using Emojis (All clinical users)
You can now react to messages with a "thumbs-up" or choose from another of the 5 available reactions. (note: you still cannot enter emojis directly to messages). When others react to your messages the default is that you can see them if you look at the message. You can choose to be notified when someone reacts to your messages, if you like.

To be notified:

  *   Open Secure Chat and click on the "gears" to enter settings
  *   Turn on the options to be notified as in the diagram below:[cid:cd9705e1-e825-4f07-ab69-38dd113bc49c]
