[epicproviders] Effective 1/3/2023: New FYI Flag - Ambassador Assistance Needed

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

All Providers:

Effective January 3, 2022, there will be a new FYI flag that appears in the Storyboard when a patient requires ambassador assistance upon arrival. The FYI flag will be added at the time of registration.
