[epicproviders] Effective 7/26/2023: Treat Team Assignment - Transfer Orders

Inpatient Providers

Effective July 26, 2023:  To help improve transition of care for those patients being transferred to a New Unit or Cross-Campus, the question Update Team Assignment? has been added as a required field to Transfer Orders.  If the answer is Yes, a field will cascade to enter the patient's new Team Assignment, automatically adding the team as the patient's treatment team.
