[epicproviders] Updated 7.31.2023 - TPN Order Set

Effective Monday July 31, 2023: To ensure reimbursement for TPN, daily weight documentation is necessary. The TPN Order Sets have updated to include Weigh Patient Daily as a pre-selected item. This change will automatically add a Weigh Patient Daily task on nursing's Work List/Brain.
To quickly find the order, open the Manager Orders activity, search TPN. In addition, the TPN Ault (CC) and TPN Adult (UH) have been renamed TPN IP.
