[epicproviders] Effective 6/12: Gender X Update in LIS

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective June 12, 2023: Gender X (Non-binary) has been added as a legal sex in Epic. For the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), a Gender X patient will be translated to Gender U (Unknown).
IMPORTANT: Providers will need to review carefully and refer to the appropriate range for their patient.
