[epicproviders] Effective 6/15/2023: Platelet Antibody Workup Order Panel

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Thursday June 15th, 2023: the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) Antibody ID Screen (LAB2552) and Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) Molecular ABC Typing (LAB8601) are combined into a new order panel called Platelet Antibody Workup.
