DNR Order Changes - Improved Workflow!

Monday, there will be a change to the in-hospital DNR order and policy. You will no longer need to complete a separate paper form as the order will now capture all necessary information. Any required second signatures can be completed in Epic (desktop or Haiku) instead of locating the paper form at the bedside.

Please ensure you review all education material emailed in the next few days to understand the workflow changes that will occur.
