[epicproviders] Effective 5/23/2023: Updates to Synopsis and Review Flowsheets

Hyperdrive hosts Hyperspace activities in a web-version to keep performance optimal, ensuring that Epic is running smoothly and securely.

As part of this conversion,  Effective May 23, 2023, the Synopsis and Review Flowsheets activities in Epic will have a significant update to bring them more in line with other trending tools like Lifetime and Results Review.  Clinicians can continue to select from the same wide array of patient data including mediations, results, vitas, documentation flowsheets, questionnaires, notes and more.
