[epicproviders] Effective 11/15/2023: Pre-admission Testing Lab Orders & Order Sets

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Wednesday, November 15th, 2023:  Any order or order set that contains labs for Pre-admission Testing now includes the appropriate phase of care. The order status will default to Normal and the order class will default to Clinic Collect. This change will help to ensure that the pre-admission staff have the correct orders for the patient during the appointment.
