[epicproviders] Effective 11/1/2023: MRI Safety Screening Documentation

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Inpatient & Emergency Department Providers

Effective November 1, 2023: The MRI Screening form has transitioned from the paper form into Epic for the Nurse or Provider to complete. Nurses will initiate the screening and if the patient/proxy is indicated as Not Alert or an Unreliable Historian the Provider will need to complete the screening with the patient/proxy.
