[epicproviders] Effective 9/20/2023: Burn Daily Plan of Care

Effective September 20, 2023: Documentation on Burn Daily Plan of Care is transitioning from paper to Epic. This change impacts the Burn team including nursing and any provider who treats burn patients.  Along with the documentation in Epic, there is also a new System List, Burn UH.
