[epicproviders] Baclofen Pump Order Set Patient Owned Pumps

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective April 30, 2024: A new order set, Intrathecal Baclofen Pump IP, is available for patients who are admitted to the hospital with their own home Baclofen Pump. This order is used for the continuation of a patient's own pump medication.
