[epicproviders] Preadmission Testing Phase of Care

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective immediately: When placing laboratory orders for Pre-admission testing outside of an order set, they must include the Preadmission Testing Phase of Care. Without the phase of care, the staff will not see the order to release and perform.
PAT Orders must have:

  *   Status: Normal
  *   Class: Clinic Collect
  *   Phase of Care: Pre-Admission Testing Sign & Held
