[epicproviders] Effective 02/26/2024: Referral to Medication Adherence Program & MAP Column

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective February 26, 2024:  Providers can order Referral to Medication Adherence Program [REF963] for those patients they think would be a good candidate for the program.  The Medication Adherence Program (MAP) is a service offered by the SUNY Outpatient Pharmacy to decrease barriers to adherence and optimize patient outcomes related to their pharmacotherapy.

In addition to ordering the referral, a new Patient List or Schedule column can be added to monitor these patients.
