[epicproviders] Effective 01/09/2024: Meds to Beds Auto-Enrollment for ALL Community Campus Patients

Effective January 9, 2024:  All patients at Community Campus will be auto-enrolled in the Meds to Beds program.  The patient's Meds to Beds pharmacy now defaults to Community Campus Outpatient Pharmacy.  Medications are prepared by the pharmacy and delivered to the bedside before discharge.

Patients excluded in the auto-enrollment are those admitted from a correctional facility and those discharged to a SNF or acute rehab facility.
