[epicproviders] Admission Navigator - Reconciling Home Meds Update

ATTENTION Inpatient Physicians and Clinicians:

Effective June 24, 2024: There is a change to the Admission Navigator under the Reconcile Orders tab when reconciling admission orders. In the Home Medications section, the Discontinue this medication button is no longer available.
