[epicproviders] Dragon Connectivity Issues

Good Afternoon,

IMT is actively working to resolve connectivity issues with Dragon which include the error that states  "No supported audio device is available".  While IMT continues to work on this, it may help to log off and back into Citrix (to start a new session) or even a restart of the computer if the workstation doesn't get shut down regularly.

We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this problem.
