[epicproviders] Reminder: Discontinue a Glucommander Order

IP Providers:

When discontinuing a Glucommander order on a patient who has a SUBQ or IV Glucommander order set, be sure to discontinue the initiate order within the order set itself. The Initiate Glucommander order controls what flowsheet rows display on the MAR Administration screen for some fluid orders. The incorrect flowsheet rows will display if that order is not discontinued, and nursing will be unable to administer the medication.
