[epicproviders] Update on Covid-19 / Respiratory Order Panel

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Attention IP and ED Physicians and Clinicians:

Effective March 19, 2024: COVID-19 testing is no longer required for all patients being admitted based on policy COVT08. The Covid-19/Respiratory Orders Panel has been updated to reflect this change in testing needs.
