[epicproviders] Effective 04/05/2024: New Outpatient DEXA Order question

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective 04/05/2024 for Outpatient Providers: A new order question asking if a patient requires a Hoyer lift or is stretcher bound will now appear on all outpatient DEXA procedures.
