[epicproviders] Effective Monday 12/8/2025: An Updated Legal Status Order 9.39 and a NEW Legals Activity

Attention Emergency and IP Providers,

Effective Monday December 8, 2025: The Legal Status 9.39 (Emergency) Order [LEG16] has been updated to remove required fields from the admission order. The legal status information is now documented by electronically completing the 9.39 Legal Status form (OMH 474) in the new Legals Activity.
