[epicproviders] Updated Consult to Nutrition TPN

Attention ASAP and IP Providers

Effective Monday July 28, 2025, The Consult to Nutrition IP order has been updated. The Parenteral Nutrition support drop down process has been added to help identify and review, based on defined criteria, whether this type of nutrition support is appropriate or if further review is needed, as an alternative treatment might be more appropriate at the time of ordering.
When the Reason for a Nutrition Consult is Parenteral Nutrition, additional questions cascade as well as some required responses, depending on the answers to the order detail questions, such as Has Enteral Nutrition been Attempted?

Newly updated for all TPN scenarios, the Outcome populates to TPN to be ordered pending final review by Nutritional Services.
