[epicproviders] Effective 10/18/2025: Results Follow Up Encounter

Effective 10/18/2025:  Following up on results will be simplified with the Fall 2025 Epic upgrade.  A new Results Follow-Up workspace opens from your In Basket, with all the activities you need to release results to MyChart and send a patient a message, document a call, enter a result note, or send a letter.
