Effective 4/13/26: NEW Health Maintenance Topic - Annual Physical



Per the Health Maintenance Committee, a NEW Health Maintenance Topic Annual Physical will be included for patients above the age of 18, who have not had a Physical or Medicine Physical visit in the last 365 days.



The Annual Physical Health Maintenance Topic will significantly strengthen preventive care delivery, workflow consistency, and performance transparency across the primary care clinics. It will allow clinics to proactively identify patients who are due or overdue for physicals, integrate this information into clinic workflows, and support more effective scheduling and outreach efforts.
