[epicproviders] Urgent Epic Update - I&O Data Issue with Temporary Workaround

Inpatient Provider and Nursing



Epic has identified an issue causing duplicate Intake & Output (I&O) rows for entries made between 4/6/2026 and 4/13/2026 at 11:30 a.m. This affects OTHER Stool and Urine (mL) values in Adult and Pediatric flowsheets, leading to inflated totals.



When reviewing I&O, select Expand All. Any values starting with “Other” may be duplicated and should be deducted from totals.



Epic, SUNY IMT, and HIM teams are correcting affected charts, and updates will follow as work progresses.
